These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ifcelectronic.com website and the automotive electronic module diagnostic and repair services provided by IFC Electronic LLC ("IFC Electronic," "we"), a limited liability company organized in Miami-Dade County, Florida. By using this site or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.

1. Service description

IFC Electronic provides component-level diagnostics and repair of automotive electronic modules (ECUs, BCM, BSI, transmission modules, ABS, immobilizers, and related systems), both at our lab and through our mobile service ("Mobile Lab") at the location the customer specifies within our coverage area.

2. Estimates and authorization

Before performing any repair, we provide you an estimate — verbal or written, as applicable — indicating the work to be done and the approximate cost. In accordance with the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act (Fla. Stat. § 559.901 et seq.), we don't charge amounts exceeding the authorized estimate by more than 10% without your additional express authorization. You have the right to request a written copy of the estimate before work begins.

3. Invoicing

Every invoice details the work performed, the parts used (indicating whether new, repaired, or reconditioned), and a breakdown of labor and materials, as required by Florida law for vehicle repair shops. B2B accounts are billed per cycle as agreed with each account, not per individual case.

4. Replaced parts

If you request it when authorizing the repair, we'll hand over the replaced parts or modules, unless they must be returned to a manufacturer under a warranty program ("core charge") or the law requires disposing of them differently.

5. Warranty

Repairs performed include a warranty based on the repaired module, with the term specified on your warranty certificate when the work is completed. The warranty covers defects in the repair performed and does not cover subsequent damage from causes unrelated to our work (water, impacts, third-party tampering, faults unrelated to the repaired component).

6. Diagnostics without repair

If, after diagnostics, we determine the module isn't repairable, we'll let you know and won't charge for the repair attempt. The diagnostic itself may carry a cost, which we'll disclose before starting.

7. Payments

We accept the payment methods indicated at the time of billing. B2B accounts with approved credit are billed according to the agreed cycle. Failure to pay doesn't block acceptance of a new case, but may affect the account's future credit terms.

8. Communications

By sending us your phone number through our contact form or WhatsApp, you authorize IFC Electronic to contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry or case. We don't use your number for mass marketing without your additional express consent.

9. Use of the website

The content of this site (text, images, brand, design) is owned by IFC Electronic LLC or used with proper authorization. Copying, reproducing, or using the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization is not permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, IFC Electronic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services, beyond the value of the invoiced repair. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct to the extent the law doesn't allow it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute related to these Terms or our services will be resolved before the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the changes.
