• Customer portal account ("My Account"): name, email, phone, vehicles, and associated repair cases.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment gateway — we don't store card numbers in our own systems.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and coordinate diagnostics or repair.
• To manage your account and case history in the customer portal.
• For billing, including B2B account billing cycles.
• To comply with legal obligations, including those under the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act.

3. Who we share information with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with vendors who help us run the business: our hosting and CDN provider, our payment gateway, and WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to contact us that way (subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy). We may also disclose information if required by law.
