More power without losing your emissions warranty: how "emissions intact" diesel tuning works
In the diesel work-truck world, "more power" tends to get mentally paired with a DPF/EGR/DEF delete — and that brings legal and emissions problems. Our approach is different: tuning that keeps the factory emissions system fully intact.
Why this is NOT a delete kit
A delete kit physically removes the emissions system. What we offer is additional software on top of a module we've already repaired — we never touch or remove the DPF, EGR, or DEF. That's an important legal and technical distinction, not a marketing nuance.
Single Calibration vs. SOTF: the diesel equivalent of Stage 1/2
In the real language of the diesel market, "Stage 1" translates to Single Calibration (one fixed, optimized curve) and "Stage 2" to SOTF — 2 to 5 on-the-fly switchable levels (Tow/Street/Sport) without reprogramming the module every time.
Gains by platform
- Ford Power Stroke 6.7L (2011-2019): Tow +30-45HP / Street +80-135HP
- Ford Power Stroke 6.7L (2020+): up to +100HP/+215 lb-ft across SOTF levels
- RAM Cummins 6.7L (2019-2021): Street +80HP/+144 lb-ft, Sport +100HP/+180 lb-ft
- GM Duramax LML: Street +110HP/+198 lb-ft, Sport +135HP/+243 lb-ft
Always on top of a healthy module
We offer this tuning exclusively as an additional layer on top of your already-repaired module — never as a standalone service. It's an upgrade, not a fix for an existing fault.
