Diesel work trucks (Ford Power Stroke, RAM Cummins, GM Duramax) depend on a complex emissions system — DPF, DEF, NOx sensors — that triggers a derate at the smallest fault: the engine cuts power and speed to force the repair. Maximizing return: torque and emissions

Beyond emergency repair, we do software calibration aimed at the fleet's actual profitability — not at peak numbers for a spec sheet.

  • Fuel efficiency and torque: we optimize injection maps on heavy-load units. More torque low in the rev range means less engine strain pulling away loaded in city traffic and on grades, which reduces diesel consumption on a sustained basis — across a fleet running every day, that differential adds up fast
  • Calibration for off-road, equipment and export use: surgical adjustment of torque limits and verification algorithms for units operating off public roads, so a false sensor alarm doesn't immobilize a mechanically sound vehicle
  • Emissions conflict resolution: when a NOx or differential pressure sensor reports incorrectly and cascades into lockouts, we correct the electronic management causing the cut instead of chasing codes one at a time

My RAM is a 2019 or newer and the scan tool can't get in. Can you work on it?

Yes. Since 2018 FCA platforms ship with a Security Gateway (SGW) that blocks third-party tool access — it's why many shops can't even read codes. We resolve the SGW bypass properly and work on the module, including the CM2450B architecture in the 2022-2024 generations.

Does the work affect the fleet's factory warranty?

We repair at the component level while preserving the original programming — this isn't a modification that alters the emissions system or the factory calibration.
