Power Tuning
Additional software layered on top of your already-repaired module — more power and torque for towing or daily use, keeping the factory emissions system intact. Never a delete, always on top of a healthy module.
Quote diesel tuning- Ford 6.7L 2020+ (SOTF, top level)
- +100HP / +150 lb-ft
- RAM Cummins 6.7L (Sport)
- +100HP / +180 lb-ft
- GM Duramax LML (Sport)
- +135HP / +243 lb-ft
- SOTF levels on the fly
- Tow / Street / Sport
This isn't a failure repair — it's an upgrade you're choosing: more power and torque for towing or daily driving, with the factory emissions system left fully intact — no DPF, EGR, or DEF delete.
Only on a healthy module
Traditional towing, instead of the Mobile Lab
Traditional towing
out of service: waiting for the tow, a turn at the shop, and towing it back.
Mobile Lab
for diagnostics on your lot or in your garage. The unit never leaves your control.

We offer this power upgrade as additional software on top of a module we've already repaired — never as a standalone "delete" service. In the diesel world, the real difference between "Stage 1" and "Stage 2" in market terms is Single Calibration (one optimized curve) versus SOTF (2 to 5 switchable levels on the fly: Tow/Street/Sport).
Gains by platform
- Ford Power Stroke 6.7L (2011-2019): Tow +30-45HP / Street +80-135HP
- Ford Power Stroke 6.7L (2020-2022 and 2023-2025): up to +100HP / +150 lb-ft on SOTF levels
- RAM Cummins 6.7L (2019-2021): Street +80HP/+144 lb-ft, Sport +100HP/+180 lb-ft
- GM Duramax LML: Street +110HP/+198 lb-ft, Sport +135HP/+243 lb-ft
What SOTF mode actually means in practice
SOTF (Switch-On-The-Fly) means the module stores several calibration levels at once, and you switch between them from a dial or an app without reflashing anything. In practice: Tow for towing (smoother curve, protects the engine and transmission), Street for daily driving, and Sport for when you want everything the truck has. On the newer 6.7L Power Strokes, SOTF platforms go up to +100HP and +150 lb-ft at the top level — but for towing and daily use it makes more sense to stay in the Tow/Street levels, where the real usable gain lives without overstressing components.
Why it never touches the factory emissions system
The federal Clean Air Act (Section 203) prohibits removing or disabling emissions equipment in all 50 states — even in states that don't require emissions testing — and the EPA enforces fines up to $4,500 per violation for individual owners and over $37,500 for shops. Our power upgrades stay strictly on the legal side: we work with DPF, EGR, and DEF intact, in line with EPA-compliant calibrations like Banks Derringer/PedalMonster — not an off-road-only delete.
Why we only offer it on a module we've already repaired
We don't sell this as a standalone service because a module with an unresolved hardware fault — a cold solder joint, a damaged driver — fails faster under the extra load of a Stage 2 tune. So the order is: repair and confirm the module is healthy first, then add the power software if you want it.
Our process
- Step 01
Module health check
We confirm the earlier repair is stable before considering any additional software
- Step 02
Level selection
We decide together between Single Calibration or the SOTF levels (Tow/Street/Sport), based on how you actually use the truck
- Step 03
Bench programming
We apply the calibration directly to the module, without touching the emissions system
- Step 04
Validation
We confirm emissions parameters and engine response are within spec before returning the truck
Frequently asked questions
Will this tune make my truck fail an emissions inspection?
No — we work with the DPF, EGR, and DEF intact, with no emissions delete. It's designed specifically to pass inspection in states that require it.
Can I get the power tune without going through the repair first?
We don't offer it as a standalone service — we only apply additional software to a module we've already repaired and confirmed healthy, because an unresolved hardware fault fails faster under the extra load.
Do the SOTF levels (Tow/Street/Sport) get erased if I want to go back to stock?
No — the module stores several calibration levels at once, and you switch between them from a dial or app without reflashing anything.
